Is the UV protection real?
Yes. Every AEEN lens is UV400 rated, blocking 100% of UVA and UVB rays up to 400nm.
Can I get prescription lenses fitted?
Yes, our metal wire frames accept custom prescription lenses. Take the frame to any optician, or message us on WhatsApp and we will guide you.
How do I know if this suits my face shape?
Round and oval wire frames soften strong jawlines and balance square, angular, and heart-shaped faces best.
What is the return policy?
Lifetime exchange on manufacturing defects. You can also open and inspect the parcel in front of the rider before paying.
Store your sunglasses in the protective case when not in use. Clean only with the microfiber cloth provided — tissues and clothing fabric cause micro-scratches.
Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals, excessive moisture, and extreme temperatures to maintain the metallic finish.
Warranty: 1 year on metal frame structure, hinges, and nose pads. Scratched lenses from normal use are not covered.
