AEEN ("AEEN," "we," "us," or "our") is Pakistan's first sunglasses brand created for women and is owned and operated by Farooqui-inc, the legal entity behind aeenwears.com. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, and apply to every visitor, browser, and customer.

By browsing aeenwears.com or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't use our website or services. As AEEN grows, these Terms will apply equally to anything new we introduce.

Using this website in any way — browsing our collections, creating an account, or placing an order — means you accept these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Exchanges policy, all of which form part of this agreement.

We may update these Terms from time to time — see Section 13. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old, or be using this site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order with AEEN.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide — name, shipping address, contact number, and payment details — is accurate and belongs to you, or to someone you're authorized to order on behalf of.

We do our best to show our sunglasses accurately — true-to-life photography and honest descriptions of materials, lens type, and fit. Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen.

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without prior notice; the price charged is the one shown at the time your order is confirmed. Products are subject to availability — if something you've ordered sells out before we can fulfill it, we'll contact you to offer a similar style, a different size or color, or a full refund.

When you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation. Our current checkout methods are PayFast (Debit/Credit/Wallet/Bank Account), Cash on Delivery (COD), and Bank Deposit. Applicable tax for orders delivered outside Karachi is shown at checkout.

AEEN reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, a pricing error, or unavailable stock. If payment has already been made on a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

AEEN accepts and delivers orders across Pakistan and internationally. Shipping timelines, charges, and coverage — including free Standard Delivery across Pakistan, Express Delivery in Karachi, and international shipping to supported destinations — are detailed in full on our Shipping Policy page. International rates, estimated delivery times, destination availability, duties, and taxes can vary by country. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined there.

Every AEEN product is covered by our Lifetime Return Policy, with no fixed return-request deadline, subject to the product-condition requirements described in full on our Returns & Exchanges page. Exchanges and refunds are available under the terms stated in that policy. These Terms incorporate that policy by reference.

All content on aeenwears.com — including our name, logo, product designs, photography, graphics, and written content — is the property of AEEN and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark law.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any of our content or branding for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

When using our website, please don't:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data
• Interfere with the site's security or normal operation
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent order or payment information
• Copy, scrape, or resell our content or product listings without permission

AEEN reserves the right to suspend or restrict access for anyone found violating these Terms.

Our website and social pages, including Instagram, may link to third-party sites or services we don't control — AEEN isn't responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

Interacting with us on social media (comments, DMs, tags) doesn't replace our official order or support channels — for anything order-related, please reach us directly through WhatsApp or email, listed below.

AEEN works hard to keep our products and website information accurate and reliable, but we don't guarantee the website will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AEEN isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or our products, beyond the value of the order itself. Nothing in this section limits any right you have under Pakistani consumer protection law that can't be excluded.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of aeenwears.com will first be addressed by reaching out to our support team directly — most concerns are resolved quickly and fairly this way.

Where formal resolution is needed, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.

AEEN may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our products, services, or legal requirements. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect when published.
