Message us on WhatsApp with the recipient's address and the exact date and time you want it to arrive — midnight (12:00 AM) for a birthday, or any time that works better for you.
Requesting a 12:00 delivery? Please confirm the exact date along with AM or PM — at 12:00 AM the calendar date changes, so it's easy to mean two different moments without realizing it.

Our own AEEN riders handle it personally — timed, tracked, and confirmed before and after delivery.
