By accessing our website or buying our products, you accept these Terms & Conditions and agree to follow all policies mentioned on our platform.

2. Orders & Confirmation

• Orders are confirmed once you receive an official confirmation message or email.

• Every order is subject to the availability of stock and approval by our system.

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders due to:

  • Invalid or incomplete information

  • Out-of-stock products

  • Technical errors or pricing mistakes

  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity

If an order is cancelled after payment, the customer will be refunded.

3. Product Information & Prescription Disclaimer

• We specialize in non-prescription, blue light protection, sunglasses, and fashion frames (unless otherwise mentioned).

• Colors and shades may slightly vary due to lighting, screen display, and photography.

• If you purchase prescription lenses elsewhere or install lenses separately, any fitting issues are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in PKR and can change any time without notice.

• Applicable taxes, duties, and shipping fees are displayed at checkout.

• We accept Cash on Delivery and any other payment methods mentioned on our website.

• If you refuse a COD order after shipment without valid reason, future orders may require advance payment.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines vary depending on your area and courier operations.

• Processing time and delivery time are separate.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural events

  • Incorrect address or contact information provided by the customer

If the delivery address or contact information is incorrect, the customer will bear any additional charges.

6. Return & Exchange Policy

Our 30-Day Return & Exchange Policy applies on eligible orders:

• Product must be unused, unwashed, unscratched, and undamaged.

• All packaging, tags, lens protective films, and accessories must be intact.

• Unboxing video may be required if the product arrives damaged or defective.

• If the customer doesn’t like the design or fit, return/exchange is allowed (shipping charges apply).

• Sale, clearance, or discounted items are exchange only, unless defective.

Refund Options:

• Store Credit (recommended)

• Bank Transfer (shipping charges non-refundable)

7. Warranty & Damage

• Manufacturing defects are covered under our inspection-based support.

• Damage due to mishandling, drops, bending, lens scratches after use, or incorrect cleaning is not covered.

• Third-party lens installation or modification voids warranty.

• Customer data is confidential and used only for order processing and customer support.

• We do not sell or share data except with courier/payment partners necessary for order completion.

• Using our website means you consent to our data usage as stated.

9. Intellectual Property

All product designs, photos, videos, brand name, logo, website content, and packaging belong to Aeen Wears.
Any duplication, resale, or usage without written permission is strictly prohibited.

10. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information while ordering.

• Be available for courier contact/verification.

• Accept responsibility for wrong size/style choice in case of exchange or return shipping charges.

11. Limitation of Liability

Aeen Wears is not liable for:

• Courier delays or service interruptions

• Losses caused by incorrect usage or mishandling

• Damage after product use

• Emotional, indirect, or financial losses

Our maximum liability is limited to the product price paid.

12. Governing Law

All terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes will be handled under Pakistani legal jurisdiction.
